Shipping
What methods of shipment do your
offer?
As a default,
we ship packages via UPS Ground unless a customer preferred other method of
service to expedite the shipment of the package. We can also ship via
FEDEX or by Cargo.
Do you ship international?
Yes, we do
ship International.
Do you offer drop ship?
Unfortunately
at this moment we do not offer Drop Ship Service.
How do you compute the shipping?
The shipping
charge will be computed depending on the weight of the item and the destination
it will be ship to.
Can I ship my order to an address
other than may billing address?
For Credit
card payment, we can only ship the package to the associated billing address of
the credit card. Any other address you would like to ship your package,
you need to contact your credit card and add that address as an alternative
address before we can ship to that address. We do not ship to PO Box
addresses.

New Accounts
How do we open an account with your company?
To get
started you need to show proof of your Sellers Permit then fill out the
New Account Application Form. Submit this Two (2) items to us
either via Email or Fax.
What applications must be completed to place orders?
The following
forms must be filled out and submitted:
What is the Minimum amount to purchase?
$250 on video
games and accessories. It does not apply for consoles or systems.
What are the methods of payment?
We accept
credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express), Direct Deposit, Wire Transafer
or Cash
Do you accept PayPal?
Unfortunately
we do not accept PayPal at this moment.
How do we know the status on an application?
Normally you
should received a call within 24 hours after you submitted the application.
However, there are cases wherein we did not receive the fax or the email so it
would be better that you call us to be sure that we did receive the forms you
submitted.
Do I need to submit a copy of my business license?
Yes, if you
would like to open an account you must fax a copy of your Sellers permit or tax
id number to (323) 923-0355 or you can always send it by email.
Is there a minimum order amount to receive newly released games?
New release
video games are only by special order and the minimum purchase for each title is
4 to 6 pieces.
Any other fees associated with opening an account?
There are no
fees to open an account at Sonic Games Inc.
Do I need any membership in order to purchase your items?
No membership
is required. Only a valid Sellers permit or Tax ID number must be provided to
buy from us.
How long is the credit line approval process?
For a credit
line to be approve, you would need to establish a good relationship with Sonic
Games Inc. and maintain a good purchase and payment history. For more

Are your video games PAL format?
The video
games that we selll are mostly in NTSC format.
Do you guys sell in wholesale?
We only sell
wholesale.
How often do you update you inventory?
Every week
because our inventory changes on everyday sales.
How do we get more extensive inventory options?
You can call

Is there a wholesale discount percentage?
The prices
listed are already at its minimum. But we can still give discounted price
for a very large quantity order.
Do your prices change according to amount bought?
Only on some
items. It does not apply to New Release video games and consoles.
How soon do pre orders need to be place?
Usually it
should be place one week in advance, but it might change depending on the
availability of the item.
Are prices on your priceist for new or used video games?
All video
games / accessories listed are brand new unless otherwise specified as PREPLAYED
/ USED / REFURBISHED
Does your company have a price list of New Release games and Soon to be release games?
No, but we
can provide you the list as per request.
Do you carry systems in stock at all times?

How quickly would we be able to receive newly released game titles?
New releases
are usually delivered to us few days before but sometimes one (1) day after its
release date.
Do you have sales representatives?
Yes, our
sales representatives are available from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00
pm Pacific Time, excluding holidays.
Do you offer any older titles in addition to new releases?
Yes, we have
a variety of older and classic video games for every console.
How often do you update your price list?
We update our
price list twice a week.
Do you have video consoles that play PAL standard?
No, we only
have American systems/consoles of voltage 110v. There are some system/console
converters of 220v for 110v that can fix this issue. For more info you can call

All our video
games pertain to region 1.
Do you sale all kinds of games?
We sell all
video games, accessories and consoles for Wii, Xbox 360, Playstation 3,
Playstation 2, Nintendo ds Lite, Nintendo DS, Nintendo DSi, PSP, XBOX,
Playstation 1, Gamecube and GameBoy Advance.
What price breaks do you offer for larger orders?
Price breaks
are considered depending of the quantity that you buy per item. There are some
